2018 Easter

Here was Easter dinner. I had some rabbit on hand for the occasion, so we're having the Easter Bunny for dinner.

I did a 24 hour cider marinade before braising the rabbit in cider. Highly recommend. We even picked up some hot cross buns for the holiday, which is a first for us.

  • Braised rabbit in cider
  • Crispy duck legs
  • Stewed bok choi
  • Sage stuffing
  • Buttered carrots

Dessert: Hot cross buns, Lindt chocolate bunnies Drinks: Sparkling apple cider, rum
