2019 Mardi Gras

Tasty things so far today: Scallops Creole, Trout Pontchartrain with hollandaise & crab sauce (topped with sweet peppers since I forgot to buy mushrooms), Eggs Sardou, Garlic Mussles, and lovely Orleans silver fizzes. I tried Cointreau in my fizz, and I can recommend it.
