Finally got my life together for the holiday. We had bacon and spinach/gorgonzola frittatas for breakfast. Dinner was roast duck, seared & butter-braised Brussels sprouts, duck fat potatoes, lemon meringue pie for dessert, and sparkling cider.
Nesquik strawberry milk was consumed with flair throughout the day. Happy Easter!
A nice roast duck with plenty of potatoes to soak up the flavor. I've added sauteed mushrooms as a finishing stuffing for the bird. Get in our bellies, little ducky!
