A little roast beast as a first meal of the year. I finally had something to cook in this beautiful mega casket I picked up a few months ago - some portioned turkey. The roaster is ridiculous and barely fits in my cabinet, but it was so pretty and round that I had to bring it home. I also picked up a shallower, loaf-shaped domed roaster that would be nice for a larger chicken or a rabbit.
