Thanksgiving in New York! I'd been to NYC all times of year, but this was my first Thanksgiving here. Today was the Macy's Parade, and the parade crowd around Rockefeller was pretty festive - it was a little contagious! We went to our favorite haunts then headed out to our dinner reservation at Tsurutontan. The creme truffle mushroom udon with crab is heavenly! I also got to try a Tantakatan (shoju made with perilla leaves) and a sake called "Dragon God". Both were lovely and fragrant.
