Pandemic Beer Brewing

Now that we're moved in (but still unpacking), it's a Brew Weekend! Best way to stock up on beer is to make it myself. Yesterday I started 5 gallons of a black IPA, and today is 6 gallons of oatmeal stout with a dash of chocolate and clove - I'm on a clove kick recently. Brew days are also lovely because they make the house smell like cookies, spices and herbs. After I've racked the 2nd brew, I'll tie both of these carboys into a blow-off tube in a closet, away from sunlight. Happy Sunday!
