2021 Seafood Thanksgiving

This was fun! Every ingredient that came out the fridge was more magical than the last; I really felt like I was back in culinary school with all those top-notch ingredients again. Lobster mac from fresh lobsters is incredible - the dish is basically a cliche in my New England tourist trap town, but now I'm wondering what those restaurants have been serving me.

Also, shoutout to this ridiculous Ahi tuna steak. I was nervous on achieving medium rare as I've been missing the mark recently, but it was so thick that it was harder to get any sort of medium on it at all.

In addition to lobster mac and ahi tuna, I made a cajun shrimp boil, Alaskan king crab legs, and crab cake dressing.
