Getting covid last month seems to have robbed me of enjoying most cocktails, but today I still poured a Death in the Afternoon (absinthe + champagne), the ultimate ode to decadent disillusionment. I used the Moët Rosé I had around and having drank a lot of these, I can say the rosé improves not just the murky color, but the mouth feel as well.
